Privacy Policy

Last updated: 27 October 2026

1. Who we are

ATRIUM is an independent business based in London, United Kingdom. We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy. You can contact us at info@atrium-ea.com.

2. What data we collect

When you send a request through the contact form on this website, we collect:

  • your first and last name;
  • your email address;
  • your phone number, if you choose to provide it;
  • the service you are interested in;
  • the content of your message.

If you email us directly, we also hold your email address and the content of our correspondence. Our website hosting provider may also process technical data such as your IP address when you visit the site.

3. Why we use your data

We use your data only to read and reply to your request, to arrange a first consultation and, if we work together, to provide and manage our services. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, and, once you ask us to take steps towards working together, the steps needed before entering into an agreement with you. We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell it.

4. Who we share it with

We share data only with providers that help us run the website and our email:

  • Netlify, which hosts this website and receives form submissions on our behalf;
  • Google (Google Workspace), which provides our email and notifications.

These providers process data on our behalf and may do so outside the United Kingdom. Where this happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as approved contractual clauses. We may also disclose data where the law requires it.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your enquiry only as long as we need it to respond and manage any resulting relationship, and as the law requires. If no engagement follows, we delete your enquiry after a reasonable period, normally within 12 months.

6. Cookies

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. The link to our Instagram profile takes you to a third-party site, which has its own privacy and cookie policies.

7. Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to:

  • ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
  • ask us to correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete;
  • ask us to delete your data;
  • ask us to restrict how we use your data, or object to our use of it;
  • ask for your data in a portable format, where this applies.

To use any of these rights, email info@atrium-ea.com. We will reply within one month.

8. Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, please contact us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
